General Management
- Execute periodic inspections (Inside and outside) on a predefined schedule. Besides periodically making sure all your tangible assets are protected and ready for when the principal's are in residence, we look for repair needs, safety hazards, code violations, etc., as a preventative maintenance valuation.
- Conduct a attentive review of the principal's estate. We will come to a comprehensive understanding of your estate's necessities. Attain quotes from several trusted skilled associate and make appropriate recommendations on their selection and oversee the work of all skilled associates. This will be done in order to protect your estate. After consulting with client(s), we will coordinate yearly services and any necessary recommendations on repair, and cosmetic improvements that will maximize value of your estate.
Construction Project Management
We will oversee all projects. We support in design work as well as selection of skilled associates and monitoring the project, to confirm both quality and on-time completion. Examples of our project management include but are not restricted to:
